Products
Many items are made to order or custom fabricated. Descriptions, renderings, and photographs illustrate typical results; minor variation in finish, color batch, or tolerance may occur with additive manufacturing and hand finishing. We stand behind work that meets our stated specifications.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders—for example, due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or unclear custom requirements. When payment is captured and we confirm fulfillment, that acceptance forms the contract for those line items.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change until your order is placed. Taxes and shipping are shown where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; you authorize charges for the total shown when you complete checkout.
Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on production queue, carrier performance, and destination. Risk of loss passes according to carrier terms once the shipment leaves our control unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Returns and refunds
Because many products are made to order, returns may be limited. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through our contact page with your order details and photos where helpful. We will work with you on repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Otherwise, custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return except where required by law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You may not misuse the site, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the business or other customers.
Intellectual property
Content on https://koltonkraft.com—including branding, text, images, and product designs—is owned by Kolton Kraft or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute our materials for commercial use without written consent. Custom work may involve your supplied designs; you represent you have rights to any files or references you provide.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and products are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, beyond the amount you paid for the affected order (or, for free services, a nominal cap where permitted). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws where you live require otherwise.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new orders and use of the site.
