What materials do you print in?

We select materials based on use case: durable PETG for most mechanical parts, PLA where dimensional stability in heat is not critical, and TPU for flexible, vibration-dampening, or non-marring contact surfaces. Custom jobs may use other filaments; ask when you order.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Send a brief, reference photos, and your constraint list (tolerance, environment, and timeline). We will tell you if the design is a good match for FDM, or suggest a path forward.

What are typical shipping times?

In-stock and ready-to-ship items usually leave within 1–3 business days, depending on volume. Custom or made-to-order work is quoted per project. We ship from the U.S. and will share tracking on dispatch.

What is your return policy?

If a part arrives damaged or is outside agreed tolerances, contact us with photos. We will repair or replace when reasonable. For change-of-mind returns, we follow marketplace rules when purchased through Etsy, and a clear store policy when Shopify is live.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, for higher quantities, repeat work, and maker groups. Note the quantity, desired finish, and packaging, and we will return a line-item quote.
